By accessing our website or enrolling in any HDA Digital Skills course or scholarship program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

The HDA Scholarship program offers subsidized digital skills education at a 150 PKR registration fee. This fee: • Is non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed • Covers course access, live Zoom sessions, recordings, and certificate • Does not include internet charges or device costs • Is subject to seat availability on a first-come, first-serve basis HDA Digital Skills reserves the right to modify batch dates, course content, or fees with reasonable prior notice.

Always verify the official team before making any payment.

Enrolled students agree to: • Attend live sessions punctually or watch recordings • Maintain respectful conduct in WhatsApp groups and Zoom sessions • Not record, share, or resell course materials without written permission • Not distribute course content to non-enrolled individuals • Provide accurate enrollment information Violations may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

All course materials, videos, presentations, templates, and content created by HDA Digital Skills are protected by intellectual property rights. Students are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use materials for their own learning only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of materials is strictly prohibited.

Completion certificates are issued to students who: • Attend a minimum of 80% of live sessions or watch recordings • Complete required assignments and assessments • Maintain proper conduct throughout the program Certificates are for educational purposes and represent course completion from HDA Digital Academy.

Franchise Partners must: • Accurately represent HDA programs without making false promises • Not collect fees beyond the officially specified amounts • Not operate HDA franchise without a signed agreement • Refer students only to official HDA enrollment channels HDA Digital Skills reserves the right to terminate franchise agreements for violations.

HDA Digital Skills provides education and training in good faith. We do not guarantee specific income levels or employment outcomes. Earnings depend on individual effort, market conditions, and skill application. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for enrollment.

The 150 PKR scholarship registration fee is non-refundable after batch commencement. If HDA cancels a batch before it starts, enrolled students will receive a full refund or transfer to the next available batch.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the appropriate courts of Pakistan.
